Dan Spelling is a senior level executive with many years of in-depth experience in strategic communications, reputation management, brand development and management consulting. He is also the CEO/founder of Spelling Communications, a well-established corporate public relations firm and parent company of Spelling Consulting. He has provided public relations, marketing and business consulting services to scores of influential companies such as Intel, Charter Media, Univision, EDS, ASI Entertainment, Adlink, Quantel, and The Gersh Agency. His firm’s combined work product has resulted in massive brand awareness and bottom-line growth for his clients.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Spelling’s earlier positions included: Director of Account Services at Design Communications, an advertising/creative services agency; Media Coordinator for the public relations firm P.J. Roth & Associates; founding partner of Reed/Spelling Associates, a publishing rights/marketing agency; VP of Sales/Marketing at Book Source, a national book distribution and marketing firm; and consultant/book packager for Perigee Books, a division of Putnam Publishing Group.
Mr. Spelling is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the American Marketers Association and the Public Relations Society of America. He formerly headed the DR Group, one of the industry’s most respected resources for motion picture film, post-production services, and digital video solutions. With many years of hands-on, “on-the-trenches” experience, Lowell has become a sought after guest speaker for film festivals, written technology articles for film and video relates publications, and has been featured on CNN as an expert on HD. Additionally, Lowell writes columns for Hi Def and Indie Slate Magazine and has addressed thousands of industry professionals at various speaking engagements across the country. He is founder of LJK Consulting, a technology consulting firm that assists broadcast companies with their technology needs. Lowell is a member of Hollywood Post Alliance.

John Foster has had a long and distinguished career in media & entertainment with specialized expertise in international film & TV distribution, corporate finance, production, postproduction and business development. He has also worked extensively as a consultant and investment advisor in determining motion picture financing and distribution strategies for investors, distributors and producers. Some of his credits include: financier and executive producer for the feature film “In Between,” which aired on Showtime, USA Network and SyFy Channel; producer’s rep for feature film “Shadows on the Wall” produced by Gaylord Entertainment; producer’s rep and completion financier for feature film “One-Eyed Jimmy,” starring Samuel I. Jackson and John Turturro and completion guarantor for video exhibits at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. John is a veteran of virtually all major festivals & markets. His most recent industry involvements include producer’s representation for independent filmmakers, contract negotiation, strategic planning, completion financing and co-production.
